Open the connector
In SaaSyTech, go to Settings, then Integrations, and select Chatline. Choose Connect.

Authorise your workspace
Sign in to Chatline and approve the requested scopes. You can limit the app to selected channels.

Choose channels and events
Pick a default channel and the events to forward, such as failed runs or pending approvals.

Send a test message
Press Send test. You should see a message from the SaaSyTech app within seconds.

You need permission to install apps in your workspace. If apps require approval, SaaSyTech sends the request to your admins automatically.
Yes. The app only posts to channels you select, and private channels require an explicit invite.
No. We store delivery metadata, such as timestamps and channel IDs, for 30 days. Message bodies from your workspace are never read or retained.
Tokens are revoked immediately and queued messages are discarded. Existing messages stay in your channels, and your workflows keep running without the chat step.
