Billing
You pay per active user, monthly or yearly. Yearly billing saves 20% and is invoiced upfront.
Yes, at any time from Settings. Upgrades apply immediately with proration, and cancellations take effect at the end of your billing period.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on first purchases. Email support and we will refund you, no questions asked.
Open Settings, then Billing, to download every invoice as PDF. You can also add a finance contact who receives them by email.
All major credit cards. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice or bank transfer on net-30 terms.
Security
Never. Your content stays in your workspace and is never used to train shared models.
Data is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.3 and at rest with AES-256. Access is logged and reviewed, and every employee completes security training.
Yes. SAML SSO and SCIM provisioning are available on the Enterprise plan, alongside enforced two-factor authentication on every plan.

We alert you right away, retry failed events automatically and keep a replay queue for 7 days so nothing is lost.
Account
Go to Settings, then Team, and enter their emails. Invitations are valid for 7 days and roles can be changed any time.
Choose Forgot password on the sign-in page and we will send a secure link. If you use SSO, reset it with your identity provider.
Yes. Export workspaces, dashboards and run history as CSV or JSON from Settings at any time, including after you cancel.
Owners can delete a workspace from Settings. Deletion removes your data within 30 days, and backups are purged within 90 days.
