About Lawsera

We are a household practice — wills, parenting plans, and title files handled by the same attorney from the kitchen-table meeting through the filing.

Get to know our desk and the lawyers who keep it staffed.

The attorney you meet is the attorney who signs the papers and answers when the other side writes back.

How a file moves

A visit, a plan, then the filing

Four clear stages on every household matter — so you always know what happens next, and who is holding the file.

01 Meet

The table

We hear the dates that matter: school years, closings, hospital stays — and who needs to be in the room.

02 Draft

The draft

You leave with a one-page plan and a fee already written down — no surprises after the first visit.

03 Review

The review

Both sides get a date they can live with before anyone files — so the papers hold when they need to.

04 File

The file

The same lawyer signs the papers and answers when the other side writes back — until the matter is closed.

Client voices

“

The will was short enough that both of us could sign it. That was the whole point — clear papers, no fight after the filing.

“

We left the first visit with a fee on paper and a calendar that survived the move. The same lawyer answered every follow-up.

“

The survey finally matched the driveway. Nobody had to read evidence in a courtroom — just a recorded easement and a quiet close.

FAQ

Questions before a household visit

How estates, parenting, and title files open at Lawsera — general guidance for families, not advice on your matter.

Can both parents come to the first visit?
Yes, if they want to. We can also see each of you separately.
Do you keep original wills?
We can hold a copy. Originals stay with you or in a place you choose.
What if the other side already has a lawyer?
Bring the last letter. We will tell you whether we can help before anyone is retained.
How are household fees set?
Most of this desk is a fixed fee agreed before we draft.
Do you work Saturday?
By appointment. Say so when you book.
